My experience was great. This app is s so you just can't download it. You have to ask for help. I don't have any issues now except I want to cancel my membership before the 7 days. I can't afford a yearly membership.

I was helped by a man who was kind he helped me fast I was able to get back into my facebook account 5 hours after I had been hacked.For that I'm greatful, I'm however diappointed with one of thier workers named Deshon somthing, he wasn't to as kind as the last guy, I had a stroke 2years ago, it's hard to understand me when I talk, Deshon put me on hold and left me there I feel he wasn't willing to work with me because of my speech problem. Had me down for a while.

This is one of the greatest apps for independent workers who enjoy helping customers fix the issue and find a light at the end of the tunnel. It can become extremely personal one-on-one contact with that Customer because you can always contact them back to make sure their issue is resolved. And when you make on average 30.00 an hour of work not really great. Not to mention the employees of 6ya make us, though not employed with the company, feel like we are.
Scam! They charged me but never answered any questions. When I tried to ask again, they insisted I'd have to pay 149 dollars first. Not a typo. I then tried to contact support. The said they would get back to me in 5 days. What an absolute scam!
